Unoccupied

We have various products for unoccupied properties, again whether it is a commercial shop or building awaiting a new business tenant, or a house you are trying to sell. We can cover it all.
For unoccupied property insurance, we can also offer a monthly instalment facility which allows you to simply advise us when cover is no longer required and we will then stop your monthly payment with no further cancellation charges to apply.
For all other landlord or property owners instalment facilities are also available.
